App is glitchy

The app is glitchy. Sometimes responses dont show up on conversations and the notification badge on the app doesnt show you have an update. People think you are being a snob by not responding on time and you end up losing dates this way. Also in the conversation page you have to click through multiple screens to get back to the persons profile - you should just be able to flip back and forth between the profile and the conversation. And when you click the back arrow the first time it rarely works so you have to press it eight times. I think the people who made the app have never used it themselves, its barely usable. Use the app for viewing profiles but dont bother using it for anything else.
