There are better dating services out there. With match, if you dont buy a (pricey) subscription you can do nothing but look. And whats more, Im suspicious that, if you *dont* have a subscription, they make it so your profile shows up in even more searches so you get exponentially more responses...but not so fast! You need to purchase a subscription to see any of them. What a crappy sales manipulation technique. When my subscription ran out last week my emailed notifications about so-and-so viewing/winking/liking/emailing me increased noticeably. Lame, Match. Just lame.

If you want a dating service with a more sensible, scalable, value-added subscription model try OK Cupid. Match has run its course. Deleted and done.
