I could not find a way to delete or deactivate my account on the app. I logged in on the website and thought I would be able to do it there. After looking around and searching online I could not find a way to do it. I contacted customer support and was told there is no way to delete an account. I find that ridiculous. I was told I could only hide my account.

I keep trying to upload more than one picture for my profile from the app, I have even emailed the support team, and still nothing, no reply, no fix, and this latest update to supposedly fix bugs, might have been for who knows what, app still crashes every single time I try to even upload ONE picture. I mean what is the point of having that ability if you cant even use it?

This app is a huge waste of time. I type in what Im looking for and it returns one person. Also it takes out the monthly fee all at once. You cannot even really look for people without searching. Requesting a refund!! Got more results on POF for free!!

I downloaded the app, saw the options were "man or woman seeking man or woman," and deleted the piece of trash. Im not interested in maintaining two separate accounts or constantly having to change my settings in order to chat with the people I want to chat with. Sexuality is a spectrum, you biphobic jerks.

I see the other two reviews and feel like they didnt give the match app the proper amount of time to yield results. The best things in life come to light in time. It does everything I need it to, and I just subscribed today actually. Those who want everything free have an unrealistic expectation, and how can you put a price on love? Overall, Im satisfied and happy with the app. Will continue to use.

The app is so much cleaner than their website. It does a wonderful job of keeping you uptodate with whos around and whos interested. And so much cheaper than bars and coffee shops ;)

I love how the new app works. Its easy to use from both your computer and your smart phone. Its easy to find your way around, and update your profile. I like how it since you matches for the day, and update youwhen someone is interested… And the way they use The notifications and each section. I like the app, and have installed it on my smart phone, use it more through my phone then through my computer.

Get pestered often to rate the app, but it is good. Better than what others have, which is nothing. Nice job

Lots of real women, but just been playing on it for free for couple hours and already have had 3 scammers. But used properly, and with some discretion, u might could find a gf on this thing. Much better than, say, Tinder

Its an OK app but it doesnt feel as polished as Okcupid.

Terrible app. The glitches are mind boggling. Try tinder instead.

Nice app to have if youre looking for that someone special. Majority of the people on there are real, unlike many other apps that waste your time. It is free to use and if you want more features, youre going to have to pay. Yes, real money! Premium is worth it. It helps with my self confidence knowing that there are other people that are interested in me.

Ive used this service only twice in the last 13 years, each time for one month. Both times I met some really fantastic women. There seems to be a lot of ladies to choose from and the app is very well-designed and a joy to use. Couldnt be happier with this. It is totally worth the cost
