This is my first time using Match and for the cost it gives you very little value. First of all the questions are very superficial so your so called "matches" have no depth. The second issue is in the algorithm or program. I was matched with men that preferred other races which made me question how these matches were selected. The third issue is that there arent a lot of people on match to begin with so your selection is limited. My advice would be to use another service all together. I regret my 3 month subscription.

First of all, most of the reviews I read are commenting on Match.com in general. Those reviews should be made on their main site. I believe this review location is to rate the app. That being said, this app is very poor. It doesnt refresh properly and is extremely slow to update. Also, the little heart on the upper left corner keeps popping up even if there are no new updates to my account. Match.com could do a lot better with this app. Its poor at best.

They will send you fake messages to get you to buy a subscription!

It just wont go away, it took a large amount of effort to cancel this site. Then I finally cancel, and low and behold five minutes later I get a message from a beautiful 27-year-old woman. The problem with that is Im overweight and 43 years old. This is obviously a scam and match.com is just playing with your emotions to get your money.

Terrible customer service. Bad billing notifications. Antiquated refund policies. Do not bother. Tinder is better.

Wont allow me to authenticate and support wont respond to my tickets. I expect a full refund, but doubt Ill get it.

Dont fall for it. I would actually pay you not to use this service. They scammed me by automatically renewing my account for another 3 months at $72. I called and asked politely for a refund and they wouldnt do it. Goes to show that money is more important than customer satisfaction for this company. Who would ever use this or recommend this to their friends after an experience like that?

This site/app is horrible. Make sure you cancel before they auto renew you and try to rip you off.

The promise of better quality is false. This app allows anyone to "match" regardless of filters, etc. utter rubbish. After one day I requested a refund and deleted. Dont fall for it.

Got match about 2 months ago. I wrote and wrote letters and no luck. But just 3 weeks ago a beautiful girl wrote me a letter. And since then we have been dating and having lots of fun! So dont give up you never know!

I like it great app. Been on it on and off for couple years. Still looking, but living in the middle of nowhere does not help. However this app is much better than others Ive tried

Ive used this for a few months, and have met a few people in person, and had several messaging conversations. But after trying a few others like OKCupid and Plenty of Fish, Im really disappointed in Match. - The app is full of bugs. - The model is prone to scammers, so I have been contacted by many more fake people than the other sites (the whole "Im not paying for an account to email me here crap"). - Too broad and limited interest categories, and no way to list or search for specific interests. - The match algorithm is a complete joke, and doesnt even seem to take each others preferences into account, which is really all they have to base matches on. Overall, Ive had much more interesting conversations thanks to the personality tests and questions on OKC and POF. And since you dont have to pay for messaging, the users seem more active on the other sites as well. My advice: Give the others a try before paying for Match. I started with Match because it was one of the first, and had a good rep. But it hasnt really kept up with the modern trends. And they REALLY need to fix some bugs.

The app is glitchy. Sometimes responses dont show up on conversations and the notification badge on the app doesnt show you have an update. People think you are being a snob by not responding on time and you end up losing dates this way. Also in the conversation page you have to click through multiple screens to get back to the persons profile - you should just be able to flip back and forth between the profile and the conversation. And when you click the back arrow the first time it rarely works so you have to press it eight times. I think the people who made the app have never used it themselves, its barely usable. Use the app for viewing profiles but dont bother using it for anything else.
